PicoDrama offers tiered VIP/AD-free membership levels (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, Annual VIP).
(1) Benefits: VIP/AD-free members enjoy ad-free viewing, full access to exclusive libraries, and higher resolution playback.
(2) Availability: Specific benefits may vary by region or promotional period. PicoDrama reserves the right to adjust benefit packages with prior notice.
(1) Usage: Users may purchase "PicoCoins" to unlock individual episodes or support creators.
(2) Validity: PicoCoins are virtual goods with no monetary value outside the app. They cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or refunded once consumed.
(3) Expiration: Unless prohibited by local law, unused coins may expire upon account termination.
(1) All purchases are processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store / Google Play).
(2) Your subscription is programmed to automatically renew. Your account will be charged for the subsequent period within 24 hours prior to the expiration of the current billing cycle. If the automatic renewal fails or is declined, access to premium benefits may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
(3) Transactions are considered final upon the delivery of the digital goods (immediate unlock of content or VIP status).
(1) Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales of VIP memberships and PicoCoins are generally non-refundable.
(2) Exceptions are made only in cases of technical failure where content was not delivered, or as required by statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
(3) Refund requests must be directed to the application store provider (Apple or Google) handling the transaction. Users retain the right to disable automatic renewal at any time. To prevent being charged for the next cycle, cancellation must be initiated at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
(1) Membership benefits are for the individual account holder only.
(2) Sharing, renting, or selling account access to third parties is prohibited.
(3) Any exploitation of bugs to acquire membership benefits or coins without payment will result in an immediate permanent ban.
PicoDrama is not liable for compensation if paid services are temporarily unavailable due to essential maintenance or force majeure events.
