PicoDrama provides recurring subscription access to premium content libraries and enhanced viewing features.
Prices and billing intervals are explicitly displayed at the point of purchase.
Users are responsible for any internet data charges incurred while using the service.
(1) Continuous Billing: You authorize PicoDrama (via the App Store/Google Play) to charge the subscription fee at the start of each billing cycle.
(2) Confirmation: Service activation occurs immediately upon successful payment. Purchase constitutes agreement to the listed price.
(3) Renewal Logic: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by declined payments.
(1) Subscriptions are intended for private, personal use only.
(2) Redistribution, commercial broadcasting, or account sharing to bypass paywalls is strictly prohibited.
(3) PicoDrama reserves the right to verify account activity and suspend users suspected of abuse.

All executed transactions are final unless legally exempted or caused by platform error.
(1) Status Check: Users can review their subscription status within the App Settings or Store Profile.
(2) Price Adjustments: PicoDrama may revise pricing. Notifications will be issued prior to any price hike.
(3) New Rates: Price changes apply to the subsequent billing cycle. Failure to cancel implies acceptance of the new rate.
(4) Disputes: Billing errors should be reported immediately for investigation.
(1) How to Cancel: You may terminate the Auto-Renew Service via your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings.
(2) Effect: Cancellation stops future billing. Current subscription benefits remain valid until the period expires. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Breach of these terms grants PicoDrama the right to revoke subscription access without refund and pursue further legal remedies if necessary.
Disputes regarding subscriptions are subject to the dispute resolution clauses found in PicoDrama's general Terms of Service. By continuing your subscription, you affirm your acceptance of this Agreement.
